I don't care. This beer is close to perfect. I haven't had it in years and one sip was like a time machine. Sweet, roasty, chocolatey and a nice dry finish. Perfect for this time of year. Where are all the porters and stouts?? I miss the early 2000s.

I've had this before and much prefer Great Lakes Porter, this is too roasty perhaps? Never have viewed this as an excellent example of a porter

Nice dark and bitter taste, but some rich and wider aromatic taste is missing.

Really nice porter. Roasty with deep rich flavor. There still is a place for beer without cupcakes, ice cream, and half of a breakfast buffet...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Porter - Pours black with a tan head. Sweet nose with chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops. Cozy like velvet. A lover, not a fighter. - anvil - with mom , 11.04.2021

Drinking this porter on International Stout Day because I am an inclusive drinker and didn’t want the Porters to feel left out. Especially since the term “stout” came from the old English term “stout porter”. This is especially good and consistent.
