Black patent malt on the nose with smoky notes, perhaps some day old used espresso grounds. Silly mouthfeel with little carbonation. Very toasty, almost soy sauce on the palate.

definitely had before but it must have been pre-untapped. It has the barest hint of roastiness in a little after-bite.

3/4 pour topped with 1/4 pour of the Rubaeus. Totally #delicious combination from the awesome all-star staff @lovelandcappys. Thanks for the hook up

Possibly a desert island beer. Just a beautiful execution, deep roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, followed by the a perfect hop balance. It's rich and balanced. Medium to heavy body, light carb, rich roasted malt aftertaste.

Excellent combo of supertoasted malts and chocolate notes. Perhaps just a tiny bit sweeter to offset the chocolate notes would make it perfect.
