Smells like maple syrup. Tastes very sweet like maple syrup, then a nice flavor of scotch ale, slight cinnamon. Very maple syrup heavy, vanilla. Tastes just like French toast. Bready.

Huge sweet maple syrup with a decent cinnamon/vanilla and booziness. But very maple heavy and some french toast like.

Tons of sweet maple syrup and French toast on top of a Scotch Ale / Barleywine base. Smoother than I would have expected for the ABV.

This bastard can cook some toast! Taste like a warm Sunday morning all drizzled in butter than Mom broke out the booze and we all got sloshed. Good times.
