Very smooth , great texture ale. As the ale is so well done the barrel aged flavoring is one of the best I鈥檝e tried. Great balance between light ale and barrel age flavors

Thick and heavy but the high ABV doesn鈥檛 make it undrinkable. Quite the contrary

Very enjoyable beer. Not quit as good as some of the other barrel aged series beers from founders

Caramel bourbon. Packs some heat but also is pretty smooth and easy to drink.

Even though I typically like Founders, I put off trtung this because I thought the name was dumb and the bottle art unappealing. I鈥檓 glad I finally bought it. Very tasty.

Ooit eens in Cork een Jameson Red Brest op en deze komt heel dicht bij. De combinatie van zoete, romige tonen met een goede whiskey smaak!

Pretty tasty! Dark, sweet, boozy. Barrel-aged, but on the lighted side, with just a touch of bourbon. A bit more crisp than expected. Not syrupy.

Very creamy and boozy. You can definitely pick up on the whiskey flavor. Great late night winter beer.

2nd. On reste sur la sauce soja au nez, des baies (cassis, m没res) un petit c么t茅 caramel, une bonne dose de malt, le tout envelopp茅 dans le whisky/bourbon. Une belle longueur sur le biscuit malt茅 (peu de sucre)
