Hammer! Sehr fein. Caramel, Trockenfrüchte und leichte Alkoholnoten in der Nase. Samtig weiches Mundgefühl. Feine Whiskyaromen. Gehaltvoller Abgang. Ich liebe es!

I though I checked this in when I bought it. Is a good Ale, was a Great one. Best before -18 might explain to much oxidation. The bourbon barrels is still there though.. Should I rate this old one or the one I bought?

Rosiner, kaffe, tre, lær og kandissukker eller den belgiske søtheten. God fatpreg. Tørr og ikke søt, gode "mørke" smaker. Har rar en gjørmete ettersmak som trekker ned

Massive Bourbon aromas with some vanilla in the finish. Silky smooth despite feeling quite boozy

Love a wee heavy, this has really strong barrel aged character lots of bourbon notes, with burnt sugar and dark chocolate.

I rarely give a 4+, but this is outstanding! Sweet, malty and bourbon barrel aged.
