Both are really good but I think this might actually be better than KBS. The sweet carmel malt mixed with the earthy savory smoky barrel age are phenomenally well balanced.

Nez amande amère, liqueur de fruits, whisky. En bouche, raisins secs, caramel brûlé, fût et bonne dose d'amertume et de tanin.

Cellar aged. Not sure the year, but probably 4-6 years old. Lots of oak, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla. Could easily age a few more years.

Opaque dark brown liquid w ruby notes. Tan head. Roasted malt with sharp alcohol notes.

Cacahuetes , chocolate, vainilla, galletas... Que salvajada. Demasiada madera pero es que le va tan bien..... Que birrote!!!

Erg zacht, houtig en duidelijk whisky. Veel vanille en karamel. Founders is eigenlijk altijd top.

This beer has it all - ‘single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts, a bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries’ ... all at 11+%! Best beer on Thanksgiving Day 2020!
