2015 vs 2021 on 1/5/22…side x side comparison …. 2015 sweeter, less carbonated. 2021 brighter, more carbonated.

06/15/22的酒。一款很波本的啤酒。温度较低时，总体是非常干净的波本香气，带有一丝烟熏、黑巧克力和深色水果。回温后，感觉波本香气被充分展开，前段微甜，主要是类似椰子糖、奶油糖的味道，中段似乎有木头的单宁感，后段干苦，但回味会有一些糖果的甜味，微弱的干果蜜饯味贯穿始终。很好喝！

Yep, smokey, sweet, smooth. Very nice for a wee heavy. This hides its weight well, soooo drinkable! Presidential bump.

Fireplace sipper barleywine der sich zurückzunehmen weiß. Eher english gentleman mit bourbon im Gepäck als backwoods bastard. 🔊📺Still Phish ("the numbers show")

J'ai été vraiment impressionné positivement. Il manque peut-être beaucoup de texture, mais tout le reste est bien exécuté. De belles notes de caramel et de malt rôti. On remarque aussi un côté boisé bien dosé. Le bourbon amène une belle petite chaleur.

2017 bottle. Rich caramel, toffee, vanilla. Body has lightened and dried, but does not show any signs of oxidation or sherried qualities.

I love Founders beers and this one is really delicious. Its really sweet and heavy so one and done for me!
