Unfortunately, this did not age well. Too tart and bitter from the raspberry, overpowered the chocolate

So many dark Founders in my fridge right now— I need to drink a few of these this week. This is one of the most dessert-like beers I’ve ever had. Dark 🍫 & raspberry.

Super sweet and rich. Full of raspberry and chocolate flavor. Body is thick and viscous. Definitely a dessert beer! Thank you Gene!

Jammy sweet raspberry note is a bit over the top. Base beer is good though. Base is nice creamy bitter chocolate.
