Pours thick dark brown, loose medium brown head, straight raspberry puree on the nose, thick full body, chocolate with a hint of coffee, nice.

Mi sono piaciuti molto questi lamponi gettati in una Stout. L’acidità mista a dolcezza copre il tostato facendo fuoriuscire le note di cioccolato e di caffè. Birra ricca di sapori!

More chocolatey than raspberry though I prefer the other way around but anyways. Solid hefty body and solid brew, much appreciated.

Raspberry tartness hits the tongue right away followed by the rich chocolatey flavor. Overall a nice balance between sweet, berries and chocolate. Delicious dessert beer.

Is this the perfect dessert beer? Amazing balance of sweet raspberry with bitter chocolate and malt. It’s a one and done but it’s oh so sweet.

Tasted awesome, you can really feel the taste and sort out all the flavors and at the same time it doesn’t compromise the flavor of the stout. Served cold this time :)

Oh, my. Aptly named. Very smooth blend of chocolate and berry. I am glad I let it warm up a bit, it works nicely out of the fridge for a few.

Le nez dévoile des notes de framboises qui s'amplifient en bouche. C'est très gourmand, riche et intense malgré un ABV relativement modeste (7,8 %). Peut être un peu écoeurant sur la longueur ce côté décadent mais c'est bien bon.
