I’m not much of a fan of any of the KBS variants but I do like a good blueberry beer so I thought I would give it a try. Not bad.

Pretty disappointed with this one; tastes pretty sour. Definitely my least favorite of the KBS variants.

Not for me. Started off good but ended with way too sweet and fake blueberry flavor.

Blueberry flavor was way subtle. This was decent, but not exceptional.

Tasty as a dessert beer. (I got a 6oz pour.) Too sweet and strong for a full pint.

Getting less sweet with age. Hopefully the lastv2 are better in a year. Still a bit oddly overpoweringly tart

Dissapointing to be honest. The blueberry is overpowering and unbalanced. A hint would have sufficed. Think about it. Even a blueberry muffin in reality maybe has a few blueberries in it and is mostly white cake.

Excellent base profile of the KBS. But the blueberry flavor comes off a bit moldy and acidic along with the berry sweetness. And it does not mix well with the burnt coffee flavour.

It could be fruitier, but that bourbon barrel aging comes through loud and clear.
