Got in a kroger pick-your-own six pack thinking it was Sierra Nevada. Iffy on founders after the tap room closure and all that. Pretty good toasty marzen though.

Very nice Marzen, with malty notes of caramel and dark bread. Sweet tasting. Creamy mouthfeel. Prost!

(7/5/23) 2023 Release. 6%. Mārzen. Imp German hops and malts,lager yeast. Toasty,bready,malty,light nuttiness. Caramelly&honey sweetness. Mellow floral tones towards a smooth finish.

Nice example of the style. Malty. Slightly sweet. Low bitter. Full bodied. Smooth. Subtle fall spiciness.

This is another light & creamy caramel malt flavor. With a medium copper gold color but the head quickly dissipates. Finished with malt flavors not hop bitterness. Looks like same can design from 2022 last time I had this.

I don’t know if anyone noticed but the can design has not changed. But I thought both sides of the can were the same. I found that The buildings are different on each side.
