So this is not good. It’s weird, I bought it in 2020 but it’s labeled 2019. And it tastes funky not like last years. It’s peppery in a bad way. No maple in any way. Not sure what happened.

No 2020 listing, is this ‘19 again? Smooth, rounded, sweet rich choc, consistent flavour. Low carbonation and little fizz on lifting the top. Very nice again.

Found one last bottle, covered in dust, bottled 9/16/19 at Total Beverage. Thought it appropriate to drink tonight with Letterkenny S9 (second try, too drunk on the first run, don't remember any of this). Man I miss my Northern brothers and sisters.

Glad I shared it as it's just too heavy and boozy for me to truly enjoy. I keep thinking with the right combo of flavors I'll find a barrel aged beer I can handle

Is the CBS bottle better than the draft? Short answer: probably not, but it’s really close. This is delicious...

We kept two back and aged them for a year. So freaking good. The nose is amazing. The balance is spot on. The finish is just right. We decided to bring in 2021 right by breaking these out. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Probably my favorite stout overall. 2019 variant; pours thick and black, nose with maple, chocolate, coffee. Smooth, thick, balance of the maple, coffee, chocolate is great. Drinks easy for high ABV. Holding onto tightly to my last bottles!

Bottled 10/2/18 Way less harsh and boozy now. Very drinkable but still complex. Roll Tide

Incredibly rich and sweet. Very filling, better to share than drink the whole bottle myself

Wen’t for a Stout for my 100th checkin. All I can say is YUM. 11.3 % Alcohol. Wife is going to have to drive home.

Big, deep, and bursting with flavor. It was ridiculous how clearly each part of the description jumped out at you while drinking. Color was dark and beautiful. It’s been waiting for its moment since 2017.
