2017. Proper temp. Unlike J, I am not in Canada, but I can pretend! Very chocolaty. Oaky and sweet with maple syrup. Plenty of bourbon flavor, toffee, coffee, but not so strong as many BBA beers now. I guess I like them all? Nicely balanced. Very smooth.

2018 CBS I found at a local store in town, aged 5 years. Best CBS I’ve had.

One of the best beers I’ve ever had. An already delicious beer in nitro is out of this world. Apparently 2019 was its last release of all time so to have access to this on tap 4 years later is a privilege. Purchased at Madira is Philly.

This is a great stout for sure, but not sure I love this as much as KBS. This one seems a little too sweet for my liking.

Gepaird met worteltaart ♡ chocolade, koffie, karanel en vanille in de geur. Chocolade, koffie wat hout tonen en karamel in de smaak. Mooi zacht zoete afdronk.
