Weird. Kind of thin, missing that dense mouthfeel. Not getting the maple nor bourbon on the taste, it’s all in the smell. Not a bad stout at all, just definitely NOT worth a $12 pour. On the plus side, it drinks SO easy for 11.3%.

Dark, hint of coffee and deep notes of bourbon barrel. Strong with a tad of bittersweet after notes.

I understand the hype. Coffee, cocoa, coffee and bourbon. It’s all there, very balanced. Not too thick but just right. Nice amount of heat from the ABV, makes the barrel age stand out 👌🏻

Sweeter than expected. Maple, coffee, dark chocolate. Roast is absent. Sticky.

Loads of chocolate, coffee & maple present, perfect amount of carbonation (lower) - it’s good but there are better Coffee Maple stouts.

Obviously a well made beer, but too sweet for me to really enjoy it. Respect- but maybe just pour me 5 ozs or something.

11,6 sur la mienne avec une dluo 2019, déçu, un peu trop facile et le sirop d'érable prend le dessus, surnotée ?

Pitter patter let’s get at ‘er. This one is a much smoother, less boozy tasting stout. Strong don’t get me wrong, but still less bite to it. Nice even balance to the maple and bourbon.

Honestly decent for a stout. Definitely grown on me since trying some of the vintages. Nice sweet and boozy balance. Roasty coffee but in a good way.
