Flirting with utter perfection in my book. So decadent in its booziness, but perfectly balanced by the coffee and light maple sweetness. A beer to be cherished by a crackling fire on a brisk fall evening (or morning).

Always a new experience when you open this bottle. Dark Chocolate Maple syrup goodness. One of the best Imperial Stouts.

Lovely chocolate aroma with light bourbon notes, extremely thick silky body with flavours of coffee, chocolate and bourbon with some very light maple touch, ends with a lingering warm bitter finish, would give a 5 if it was a bit less sweet, 2019 release

Great beer! Easy to drink for a beer that is bourbon barrel aged and 11%. I personally wish that it had more of a maple flavor or aroma. The boozy taste is just so strong that I believe it takes away from the maple notes. Still a great beer though.

2017 doesn’t disappoint. Maple and coffee is still there. Smooth as hell and so so good. Now I have to go back to my spot and get some more bottles.

Definitely worth the wait on this one. Very silky smooth with mellowed flavors of maple syrup, milk chocolate (maybe even white chocolate). Low boozy notes. Dangerous at 11%.
