Bottled September 2012. Definitely past it's prime but has opened up with some wonderful mocha and tobacco notes.

Why have I waited so long to have this?! I love a Rasputin, but the sweet fruit and varied chocolate tones here are awesome.

Brewed in 2014 and cellared by Dmitry. An immense, mighty beer, profound depth of flavor, rich and heavy, complex umami, treacle, alcohol, bitter black patent malt notes, hint of horse blanket funk.

A decent plain Stout in the coffee/bitter variant. It is mostly let down by how many better stouts Founders has to offer

Quite possibly the best non-barrel aged stout there is

Thanks to Jeff for this one years ago. Aged to perfection

Little too burnt coffee tasting to me, would of liked some sweet to mellow the roasted malt bitterness.

Best before went already. Sweet, roasted, black(?)berries. Dries my mouth. Gets better as it gets older in my glass.

Una imperial stout muy correcta: densa, con mucho sabor a café, un poquito de cacao, muy torrefactada, poco alcohólica en boca aunque sus 10.5° no tardan en notarse. Probablemente repita.

Smooth and thick. Oily and creamy. Great. Almost better than KBS.

Ligera en nariz y boca, tostados al final. Equilibrada de alcohol. Fácil.
