Full bodied, smooth, mid-dry mouthfeel. Sweet mango and peach up front with bitter citrus zest, unripe lychee and tangerines. Rustic pale malts, mild spicy yeast and herbal and spicy hop bite towards the finish.

Quite pleasant. Hints of tobacco from the Mosaic and citrus from the Azacca.

Lustigt att jag druckit två viniga ales på så kort tid och aldrig tidigare. Vi är tillbaka på grappan men med en tydligare alejäst och maltsmak. Fruktig, syrlig. Spännande och svår.

First time on cask for me? I don't remember it as being quite as resiny and piney.

Just lovely rich, deep and malty with bourbon barrels adding warmth, vanilla and booze.

Full bodied, mid-dry palate with low carbonation. Rich and complex aroma and taste. Up front, oak, bourbon, vanilla, and dark dried fruits. Rich malty, caramel, toast and hints of smoke. Overall sweet and boozy but in a very seductive backwoods way!
