I’ve been wanting to try CBS for a while and I believe it’s the only one I haven’t had out of the BS lineup. BS is always so nice. This one is really easy to drink. Not very boozy but has a nice chocolate, maple, and coffee profile.

This is really good. It’s amazing how this gets better as it warms. Love the chocolate and maple and the mouthfeel is sweet and wonderful. Well done 🍻

Absolutely delicious! Chocolate and coffee and maple up front, and then just enough bourbon on the backend to make it absolutely delicious. Not too boozey but just right. Terrific flavor!

This is more bourbon barrel forward with less maple flavor than I remember. I’m not a fan of super sweet dessert stouts, but I think I prefer the older, sweeter versions.

Sweet maple syrup and chocolate up front with the coffee and its bitterness at the apex for balance. Bourbon/wood/vanilla emerges in the aftertaste. Full body; mod CO2. Only gentle warmth for 11.7%; creamy and smooth. Though tasty it’s missing something.

Wow I missed this beer! I love the slight hint of chocolate and maple! Coffee comes out a little strong but overall well balanced

Reminds of those creamy soft amber maple leaf candies. A bit of milk chocolate, a bit of oak. Very smooth for the ABV.
