Wow, it really is the classic 120 taste with a bit of marmalade. Sweet and hoppy. Very nice and very different!

KBS Spicy Chocolate Felker

Right upfront, there’s no doubt that it is KBS! That same rich, delicious flavor comes through strong. Chocolate flavor is there, of course, but not as spicy as I expected and/or feared. I’m not a big fan of too much spice and chili. Very nice!

Mortal Bloom Felker

Not bad for a light hazy IPA. It is light, but decent flavor to it. Citrusy and just slightly bitter.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2023) Felker

Absolutely delicious! Chocolate and coffee and maple up front, and then just enough bourbon on the backend to make it absolutely delicious. Not too boozey but just right. Terrific flavor!

World Wide Stout (2023) Felker

That is pretty damn good! Rich, boozy, damn nice version here! Everything you were expecting and a little bit more. Very very nice!

All Day West Coast Felker

Very light western PA. I guess they called it All Day because you could drink this all day and not have it be a major deal. Very light hints of hops, pine, and everything that makes a western IPA a western iPA. Very light.

KBS Blueberry Felker

Classic bourbon barrel- aged KBS stout, but with just a light hint of blueberry. Just enough to add great flavor to it! Very nice!

4 Giants Tropical Treasure Felker

Very fruity and tropical in taste! Lots of fruit juices in here…helps offset the bitterness and the hops!

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Felker

That really is Mom’s French toast on Saturday morning! Maple syrup right up front and strong, lots of cinnamon sugar after that, and then the egg-based bread at the tail end. Amazing!

Nordic Spring Felker

Citrusy and piney. Just a little bit hoppy but not too much… Nice and citrusy!

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022) Felker

Very very nice coffee, stout! Roasty, slightly burnt flavor, and definitely a little bit bitter. But very very good! Now… I just wish they would put it into some bourbon barrels!

Wake Up World Wide Stout Felker

Damn that is delicious! Coffee and chocolate and roasty and dark and that is not even talking about the 17% ABV that you really don’t taste! That is how smooth and rich it is! Delicious delicious!

Right up front…lots and lots of maple! After that, nice and boozy and sweet! Very very nice!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) Felker

This is good, and lots of chocolate and coffee…but I don’t get too much more beyond that! Very good basic KBS!

Looks absolutely delicious, doesn’t it!? And it is!! That proven delicious chocolate coffee stout…mixed with just the right amount of great hazelnut flavor! Absolutely delicious!

Ewwwwe..... Sours can be tough sometimes, and you combine them with a lot of tequila… Wow this will make you pucker up for various reasons! Definitely sour, lotta tequila… Definitely taste like some form of a margarita… You make your own decision!

Christmas in May… Hey, why not!? Not a bad beer… Fairly hoppy and a little bit bitter. Might just be leftover from five months ago!

Mango Smoovie Felker

Looks delicious, doesn’t it!? Wish the taste really lived up to the way it looks! It’s slightly sour and tart, there is some mango taste to it… but not very much. Fairly thin and light, no flavor that really carries through.

All Day Vacay Felker

Very nice beer actually… Almost like you’re on vacation enjoying some great beers! Light, refreshing, almost a little hint of lime at the end which is nice!

Right up front, I love the color and the look of it! And the taste does not disappoint! Very nice beer! Hoppy but not overly, great taste, slightly piney taste. Very nice!

Taste like a decent IPA, but I guess the milk sugar cuts through some of the bitterness. Light, refreshing, slightly hoppy… It’s OK.

#25 - Wow… Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate and throwing a little bit more chocolate! Just to make it a beer, let’s throw in some stout on top of the chocolate and you’ve got this! Boozy but not too boozy, but lots of chocolate! Did I mention chocolate!?

Definitely taste the marshmallow, there’s also the smoky taste to it. How do you get smoky into a beer? Pretty good, but very very sweet.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Felker

That maple hits your nose before you even get near the stack of pancakes… I mean the beer! Definite cacao and cocoa, just rich and boozy! Delicious again, as usual!

Very very nice beer here! Very good IPA taste but not overpowering… So if somebody is just getting into this type of beer, this is perfect. Enough for the key flavors but not overpowering! Very nice.

60 Minute IPA Felker

Can’t go wrong with one of the classics! Back to the basics with Dogfish Head!! Pale ale with just enough hops to make you wonder…

Midas Touch Felker

Well, it appears today was the day for different types of beers! And this one is different! I guess it’s slightly fruity taste, there is alcohol, but I can’t really identify any other clear flavors that jump out. Bit disappointed I think, but not sure!
