Light sour and watermelon rind aroma. Initially slightly tart which builds bringing sweet malt and a hint of watermelon flesh. A nice straightforward fruited göse great for summer.

Not a huge fan of the sweetness, it kind of cuts through some of the salinity. Light and refreshing.
