Super crushable. Really refreshing. The melon sweetness lasts the entire time and finishes surprisingly long and sweet. Great porch beer IMO. The tartness is light and not in your face, as it should be. Nice. Not my preferred style of beer though.

i think this was the first sour beer i ever drank, which is why it loomed so large in my imagination. it’s almost as good as i remember it (and weird that it was in this random glover park bbq place in dc)

The watermelon rolls into prominence on what seems like a ribbon of Jolly Rancher watermelon juice thicker than the beer around it. That ribbon works dynamically w/ the beer’s mild brine. One of those goses that reminds me about a little bit of salt.

Sweet-sour nose with sweet opening burst and a sour close. Not sure what fruit flavor is carrying the load? Marita says she’ll have more than one so it gets a 3.75
