IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

The third instalment of The Voyage Within series has a hit of El Dorado and Citra in the whirlpool, which is intensified by a potent double dry-hop of Strata, Galaxy and Mosaic. The aroma is a plethora of fruit and terpine. Notes of heavy pineapple and candied fruit give you visions of tangy tropical sweets.

Seems as bit sweet and unbalanced. It had some bitterness to it, but it never really show due to too much sweetness. Not much hop aroma. There are some Nice subtleties from the hop, but they don’t Seem to play together that well

Anden gang jeg får en Oculus fra Dry & Bitter. Stadig tæt på perfekt - farven er dog noget mere klassisk på denne end sidst jeg fik den. Stor forskel i farve men smagen er der ikke noget i vejen med
