This dank old school west coast IPA is dry-hopped with Columbus, Idaho-7, Simcoe & Ekuanot. Columbus hops lead with sticky notes of grapefruit while the Idaho-7 adds a subtle hint of sweet pineapple for balance.

Mouais, comme d’autres brasseries européennes spécialisées en NEIPA qui veulent faire une West Coast, c’est pas une réussite ! Base vaguement maltée caramel léger, amertume un peu résineuse et piquante pas assez soutenue, et alcool. Voilà voilà.

I try to never rate D&B beers, but I love this one too much. Giving it higher than 4 seems obnoxious, but for style and modern tastes, I would def rate it higher if it wasn’t ours. Clear, bitter, crushable, and just enough body for easy summer drinking.
