C'est super bon. C'est crispy, avec une amertume franche, florale avec des notes de pain, légèrement herbacées et de sève.

May is the month for maibock. Bread crumbs and sweet malt. Great mix of fresh subtle hops and crispy bitter lager ones. This is going great with some pretzels at the moment.

Honey + floral nose; lager malt, slight toffee + toast, spice; medium. Nice sweetness, good bitterness. Never cloys. Glad this brewery is getting straight

Honey and floral nose. Bready, crisp, well balanced (between bitterness and cereal), sweet. Such a good beer

Moldy yellow apple, cereal, tulip aromas, mbroad body, birch, grass, cereal, esters flavours. Quite simplistic really. Refreshing and covers the bases

BOB - you should be at the Easter-lunch table. Nice lager with freshly baked bread in the notes and tiny hoppy note in the flavour.

Green apple, grass and esters on the nose. Very rocky foam. Rustic, sweet with some grassy hop notes.
