Versus: Hue

IPA - Imperial / Double New England

Versus is a two part series where we explore the differences between two NEIPA yeasts, while keeping the process and all other ingredients the same. For Hue, we used White Labs' London Fog yeast. For Hew, we used Lallemand's Verdant yeast. Both have a luxurious dry-hop of Citra, El Dorado, and Chinook. In Hue we experience stone fruit, a fluffy mouthfeel and a Sweeter finish. Compare the two beers and let us know what you think.

Heerlijk fruitig biertje.

A fresh hoppy floral aroma hits you first and it’s backed up by hoppy, citrus flavours and a bitterness that is oddly subtle and prominent especially as you swallow. A really nice haze to it and more quaffable than the TIPA I kicked off with.

#Craftbeer #Craftbeeruk Dank and rotten fruits give the darkness and very strong ABV taste. Love this Brewery 👍

I love a yeast-off. This is very sweet, peachy, low carb, sl vegetal. Still excellent.

Juicy, tropical. Picking it some malty biscuity sweetness. Enjoyed it more than the other versus series.

Radiant golden pour with minimal head - grapefruit and malt on the nose. Notes of sweet honey followed by a smoky mouthfeel
