Single hopped with Idaho 7. Pomelo and grapefruit. Very refreshing. #balconybeer

Subtle floral aroma. Good mouthfeel. Fruity but more melon or the like, can't pin point the exact fruit tho. Lots of floral character. Some piney notes. Slight bitterness. Really easy to drink. Feels like a lot is happening with it being to much. Cheers

Vibrant juicy fruity with a pleasing medley of stonefruit, notes of nectarine, apricot, mango, citrus was of red grapefruit and lemon, soft sweet malty base, medium body, tempered bitter hoppy finish. Lovely, think this is the best of the 3.

Aroma: peachy, stone fruit, herbal. Super dry, bitter, more than most brut IPA. Flavor: like aroma, maybe a bit grainy, piney, super fresh can too, very enjoyable.

I tried the Strata and Idaho 7 side by side. They are incredibly similar but in the end I thought the Strata has a fraction more bitterness and was my favorite. Same score for both though.

In der Nase Steinfrucht, kräuterig. Im Antrunk sehr trocken, Pfirsich, etwas Grapefruit, Kräuter, schön ausgewogen, fruchtig, sehr langer, intensiver Abgang. Schön.

Full of tropical fruit flavours. Not especially sweet, but instead have a dry stone fruit bitterness. This is great.
