Sammenligning af Steeped-serien (Samme opskrift, men forskellige måde at tilføje humle). Udpræget bitterhed. Alle 3 er noget mere bitter end jeg synes om. Denne klart mest bitter - på en ikke så rar måde

Yesterday. The company was far better than this beer presented itself. Oat and skunk nose, thin texture and rather bitter with some 🔥. Almost no fruit notes. Not a true NEIPA.

Quite aggressive grassy herbal bitterness, pretty astringent and phenolic, unable to ascertain any fruity accents, some medium malty backing and body, green skunky bitter hoppy. Just not doing anything for me. Rare miss from D&B for me. Disappointing.

2nd check in. Shared with Ulrik and his father. Still a slight cannabis aroma and agressive hops. Better with food than without.

Den dobbelt tørhumlede vinder både i udseende og i smag. Dog er der ingen af de tre Steeped, der overbeviser mig sådan 100 %. Men sjovt at smage resultatet af forskellige humlemetoder!

Wasn't too impressed last time, but to be fair it's better this time, without climbing the skies. No cannabis notes yet rather yeasty and sharp with solid kicks of grapefruit. Shared with my dad. + 0.5
