Nice tart profile though I wouldn’t be able to place it as plums if I didn’t know it upfront. Not the most complex of beers, but does what it should

Sour, slightly tart and slight bitterness with slight funky aftertaste. Some bitter and almost salty lemon zest taste, but plums not really showing much.

Never had a sour plum. And cannot describe deep freshness . But I like it!
