Birra sperimentale maturata in botti da Pinot, con luppolo sperimentale (un mix di Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacificae Pacific Jade). Il risultato è una sourness netta ma non aggressiva, intensi sentori di buccia d'uva e arancia, legno e cantina. Lambic 2.0

Super aromatic, fresh, a little oaky. Not blow away but still good. Is missing a little in the aftertaste.

Dr hopped wine aged. Not recognizing pinot noir. Quite acid, diacetyl, buttery.

Interesting wild ale. Semi-dry, slightly sour and crispy body with a distinct touch of grapes and white wine, subtle tart finish and fruity bitter nose.

Very impressed with this. Value for your money. Taste like a good quality gueze. Taste of pear and Apple, low acidity, tart finish. Not super acid.

Light and pleasant funky, gooseberry. Noticible barell, moderate red wine notes with a hint of tannic. Refreshing acidity. Well balanced. Just a touch of acetic. Some malty sweetness in the background.

Det er sgu godt med en sour i disse mørke regnfulde dage. Når jeg dufter øllen, er det som om jeg kan kende et eller andet, men ikke helt definere det. Rigtig god øl - Jeg glæder mig til at smage resten af serien.
