5.5% pale ale w/toasted pine nuts and Rocky Mountain honey from the mountains, sea asparagus & balsam-fir-infused sea salt from the shores, Atlantic Farms kelp from Maine, with Cascade and Summit in the brewhouse, Waimea and Pacifica the dry hop. Yum!

Brewed with sea asparagus, honey and pine nuts, wacky nose, pale ale vibes with some herbaceous notes, luscious mouthfeel, nice hops, hazy, lightly bitter

Touch of pine and pine nut but subtle. Not a ton of brine but a little on the finish. Very nice

EXPERIMENTAL SEA ASPARAGUS BEER. It’s ok! Good going in but ends super dry. Cheers!

I think I would like this more if I hadn’t had the 90 minute first. Lot seems to be going on but idk my pallet is fried.

Not bad at all. Pine nuts seem to be an expensive waste
