7.3% imperial Pilsner brewed & continually-hopped with a blend of pilsner & wheat malts plus a touch of flaked maize for crispness. A blend of Spalt, Saaz and Aramis hops were added in the midst of fermentation for light floral & citrus notes. Soft, full.

7% pilsner??? I had to try it! 7% pilsners are weird and I like weird because I'm weird. I read my wife this review and she said "You're so dumb." Ha ha ha. She told me to write that.

Finishing the crowler on the deck as daylight fades. Now that the crowler has warmed, the floral, citrus & Saaz spicy notes are more pronounced. Hereâs to the end of a lovely day of babysitting our grandson.
