My dudes. Friends have hit me hard, low&high, today! I am beginning to resent August for the absolute roller-coaster of emotions it brings. I have had such a good last few days! Yet here I sit tears in my eyes because some of my close friends have NOT! 😔

An old iconic introductory ipa throw back for me- circa 2008. I was 19. My tastes have really changed but this is still my fave out of the 60 min or 120. Ooooo the nostalgia 💕
