120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

The OG! It's been a while. Still nice and tongue-numbingly strong without being too overpowering. A fairly clean finish. Not really a big hop taste.

I didn't check the blurb until after. I could tell it was different...what was if? Why was it so heavy tasting? Delicious but such a different taste. Read the blurb, fuck me, now I know why

6/29/20 bottles. Year later from last time. Maintains a strong boozy sweet tastes. Very good still. Can’t really speak on the Change in age though.

I can see why they put this in the barleywine category, even though it's, like, twice as alcoholic. Similar mouthfeel, but with a quality citrus hop profile.

Bottled 6/29/20. I've never had this before. The bitterness is balanced nicely with an almost sweet caramel flavor. This isn't an everyday drinker, but this is very nice!

Cellared 5 years. Nice and still, but still has a ton of heat. Has an almost caramelized flavor to it.
