Nose is vanilla. Palate is toffee, caramel, butterscotch, honey. Only a hint of bitter hoppiness at the end, hoped for more. Boozy AF but smooth. Dogfish before Phish show #29.

6 y.o. bottle split with my brother. Really in a nice sweet spot - caramel, toffee, lemon, pinesol, vanilla frosting, moderate alcohol presence, full-bodied. Surprised by the prominent pine and citrus notes at this age.

Made a new beer buddy on last trip through the DFW Metroplex. He saw us off on the road home with a 2017 bottle of “120 Minute IPA” Imperial Double IPA from Dogfish Head Brewery, Milton, Delaware - one of the best sips I’ve had in a while. Salud! 🍺

There’s a reason why they only let you have one of these per sitting! Delicious! That 18% is all there too!

Over a year old, absolutely delicious regardless of the ABV.

From last night. Tastes wholly unique and unlike any IPA I've ever had.

Randomly came across this at the store. I’m pretty sure it’s been on my wish list for a while. Might be the highest ABV beer I’ve had yet (18%!).
