This is the 2023 iteration and it is still a joy to drink. Beautifully clear amber colour, with that piney, resinous and hoppy character front, middle and finish. The grist gets out of the way and makes this a lovely brew, even for winter.

Yippee ki-yay Advent #17! This is an acceptable winterized pale ale, but nothing too crazy, despite the photographic theme for which I was hoping to go.

Much sweeter compared to the floral I expected, with surprisingly strong, off-putting bitterness to follow.
