The spruce ale flavor is not the main event but definitely a strong supporting flavor. Overall, the spruce taste greatly compliments the overall flavor.

Really good with Wegmans Baby Blue cheese on cherry, almond, linseed toast crackers. Sad to be running low on this beer.

Truly a tease of many flavors that can easily fool my palate of what’s inside! Spruce tips never tasted so VERY GOOD. Balance extraordinaire! Cheers 🍻

West and we-waxation at wast! Getting a tricorn hat Colonial vibe from this spruce bittered Pale Ale. Bright caramel malt/citrus swirl first. Grassy over the hump, then evergreen and green buds. Champagne feel? Echoes wane after finish. Cheers!

This one isn't piney like it usually is or much aroma. Maybe age took it away :( still a great beer and 8.5 :)
