I can’t believe I’m saying this but… waaaay too much alcohol. Taste can definitely tell the alcohol. It’s good but over priced.

Dark, rich, and boozy. Hard to imagine what this would have been like if we didn’t age it for 2.5 years!

CraftHaus bottle share. 2009 but somehow tolerable. Sweet soy something or other.

Some bitter chocolate. Some bitter hops poking through as well. The blistering ABV pulls your attention away, though. You get a peek at the flavors up front before the effect of the alcohol kicks in. Resiny, chocolatey, roasty.

16-9-22, 6yr o. Definitely mellowed. Medium bodied milk chocolate with notes of bright caramel. Want to try again but fresher.
