Pitch black in color with roasted notes. Roasted flavors throughout but not really coffee. Thin mouthfeel but nice mellow bitter finish.

Another beer that age did not favor... Charles up to drain pour... abstaining from review...

2017 still had some carbonation. A little dark chocolate, coffee and wood. Pretty tasty.

The last of my stash. Held up well for almost 6 years old. Maintained a lot of depth and sweetness.

It was aight but the design is sick and that record is sick. Will listen to the record again, won't buy the beer again

OG bottle I got in grad school circa 2009. Did. Not. Age well. Totally dried out and acidic af. Acetic and oxidation. Sadly didn't hold up. But the 750 cost only 9 (!) bucks a decade ago.

Last one of these I have. First one I ever had was 4 years ago today. Doing same thing. Listening to this album and wrapping gifts. This is so damn smooth now. It has zero alcohol burn but it’s under 10% and considering, it’s held up really well.

Aged well...smooth campfire in a bottle...not to smoky but the wood is there

Lots of flavor, but nothing that I really enjoy. TJ said she didn't like it. I told her that I had tried it before and gave it a 2-1/2. "I could give it a 2-1/2," she agreed. I cut it to a 2, myself.

Beautiful stout. Slightly boozy with dark fruits and honey. Nothing is overwhelming, very balanced.

Old beer, new vinyl. Happy RSD Drops day enjoying some Miles Davis and beer inspired by his music. A lot softer and mellower than the more recent wood aged edition, but still with some roasty coffee flavor. Slightly sweet with honey coming through.
