Aged from 2015-2022 and incredible. Strong, rosy, similar to barley wine.

Bottled April 2016. Bourbon and water. Really loses the hoppiness with time. Less sweet, no more Manhattan. Like these better younger before oxidation

We let her age a bit. Real thick pine notes kinda sticky. Surprisingly not much burn but strong alcohol after-bite with subtle sweet notes.
