This batch tastes off from others that I have had in the past. Strong and boozy but the fruit flavors seem to be off with this particular batch.

Brown and cloudy. Nose has a tart note. Taste goes berries and chocolate. Interesting.

Bottled 6/15/18. Drinking at cellar temperature was a great choice.

Wow. So jammy. I was expecting something like 120 Minute or WWS that could be used as jet fuel, but this is really nice. Definitely strong, but there's no massive burn.

Taste of berries and tart cherries nice heat on the finish from 18% abv this is from 2018

3 years of age on this bad boy. lots of fruit and malt flavor, almost no alcohol burn. very nice
