Not as sweet as I was afraid it would be. Strong alcohol bite, lingering flavor of raisins. Definitely a unique beer.

11 January 2019 bottle Raisin murky brown beer almost a tart pucker before the sweetness and dryness. It’s a nice sipper.

Wow...booze bomb! A balanced one with nice sweetness, brown sugar, and maltyness and hints of raisins.

I reached level 1 on 2/26/2015. Over 6 years later, it’s the end of the road. #nbt 💯

MUCH better after aging 3 years. It went from a dud in the back of the fridge to one of my better end beers.

Bottled on 1/11/19. Mellowed out quite a bit. Still strong, but after 3 years it’s definitely more mellow. Still lots of dried raisins and sweet on the nose. Like a box of Sunmaid raisins on the drink. Delicious

So boozy and sweet. Dark raisins. Fig. Toffee. Syrupy. Delicious and dangerous. Not bitter. Dessert beer. Great for work! I love it.

This beer brings me so much joy. Yeasty, boozy, caramel-filled aroma & flavor. Pure raisin (regular & golden), calimyrna fig, sticky toffee, oak, vanilla bean, & bread pudding. Silky. Boozy, dessert-like, lingering finish. Dangerously easy to drink.

More yeast & burnt toffee on day 2 of the growler. Less sweetness; more tang. It’s cool seeing how these beers change over the course of a couple of days of being open.

Was initially hesitant to get this boozy beast & I def could feel it, but still such a smooth treat. Of course loads of dark fruit character
