Dogfish just announced their 2021, looking forward to adding one to my inventory. In the meantime this baby is pure gold.

Brewed with raisins. Super high octane at 17 percent and smooth.

I remember this being so good but very warm and sharp alcohol when I bought it. So smooth and delicious now!

In honor of the World Series Champs. Rangers 🇨🇱 🍻 Bottled 1-11-19 (almost five years old). Last Raisin D’Extra that DFH brewed, bottled and released nationally. Still an awesome beer. A fine Dark Belgian Ale that also drinks like a barleywine 🔥🍺🔥

So boozy and sweet. Dark raisins. Fig. Toffee. Syrupy. Delicious and dangerous. Not bitter. Dessert beer. Great for work! I love it.

This beer brings me so much joy. Yeasty, boozy, caramel-filled aroma & flavor. Pure raisin (regular & golden), calimyrna fig, sticky toffee, oak, vanilla bean, & bread pudding. Silky. Boozy, dessert-like, lingering finish. Dangerously easy to drink.

More yeast & burnt toffee on day 2 of the growler. Less sweetness; more tang. It’s cool seeing how these beers change over the course of a couple of days of being open.

Was initially hesitant to get this boozy beast & I def could feel it, but still such a smooth treat. Of course loads of dark fruit character
