Very light, in fact I think it’s a little too light for the style of beer.

For a dogfish beer I’d hoped the adjuncts would be a bit more pronounced. Albeit it’s only 6.5 abv and not a imperial but still wanted more. Not bad but doesn’t live up to the ingredients listed.

Sweet creamy chocolate notes. Not really picking up on the marshmallow or graham crackers, but that's ok. It's fine without them.

Roast, toast and chocolate aroma. Coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, crackers and some lactose. Medium sweet and body, light bitter. Drying spicy toasted malty finish. Balanced and pleasant.

Marshmellows up front.. then more sweetness with chocolate and a little (thank you 🙏🏼) hint of cinnamon. Weird combo of flavours. Dogfish Head are better at IPA'S

I don’t get much of the marshmallow or graham cracker flavor, but it is a tasty stout.
