Wow! So many layers! Behind the raisin is rich barrel notes- toffee, pipe tobacco, sweet malt… almost barley wine territory. Abv is well hidden, super smooth… really develops as it warms…a hint of red berry maybe?!? Get some!!!

Let’s watch, the Yellowjackets finale. I passed up this bottle a couple of times but today I put on my big boy pants. This is really great. Still get some hops from the dry hopping but is nice and smooth from barrels. 17% is masked very well. 4.6*

Good. I like utopias barrel aged worldwide stout and 120 minute ipa better on their own.

Wow the barrel aging really makes the 120 minute beer more drinkable. Sweeter, more boozy, and not crazy bitter. 4oz is plenty

Basically a barleywine. Sweet nectar, hoppy malt booze. 8 oz is plenty.

Very boozy as expected. Deep amber color. Barrel aged and noticeable. Oak and butter notes from the utopias barrels. Sweet. Can’t believe I found this at Costco.

Caramel and floral on the nose, strong burn mouthfeel, relatively thin and not much carbonation. Very very good.

THIS WAS AWESOME! What a great beer. Doesn't taste like an IPA. Great first smell and taste! I could have one of these for a night and be done.

Amazing! Aged in Utopia barrel since we used a Buffalo Trace barrel to aged the Utopia that combination gives a different sweet taste to the 120, Cheers 🍻

No IPA notes left. What we've got here is a boozy, raisin-y strong ale reminiscent of the early aughts. The Utopias barrel is indiscernible. Great drinkability saves the day.

Fuh. Liquid sticky toffee pudding with a high quality dram of whisky. Look is thin whisky with rapidly dissipating thin beige head. Nose & palate are fig, date, caramel, plus a great barrel presence. Don’t even notice the abv until you try to stand up.

Wow that’s unique! It drinks like a barley wine but without any of that raisiny note. The hops take care of that. The barrel influence is big but it’s amazing that none of the other ingredients are lost.

Holy shnikies, that is boozy, gonna 3 the others in the basement for a year or 5. Looking forward to 2027 when these should be delicious.
