A New Year deserves a big beer. Lovely hint of the utopia barrel. Wonderfully viscous with a little sweetness, maybe raisins or molasses. Happy new year.

Strong, boozy, raisin or molasses sweetness, bourbon, mellows into a hint of coffee or cocoa. POTENT and great!

Damn this is good. Totally picking up Utopias flavors with a hint of hops. For being so big, goes down great.

Tastes much like barley wine. A tad sweet and raisiny, but not bad. A bit boozy, but hides the big 17% ABV well.

Seriously boozy, smells like cognac. Malty and rich with lingering bitterness. Did I say boozy?! Bloody fantastic.
