Definitely get that utopias flavor pulled in. Barleywine like and the boozy is offset by that sweet flavor

At 17% it’s a heavy hitter. Def a boozy taste. Feel like the maple syrup in the utopias barrels came through well. Going to age the others and see what happens.

Really great depth of flavor on this and the Utopias barrel definitely comes through. Cant wait to see how this transforms over time.
