Don’t let that 120 IBU scare you off, bc this is one of the most smooth and opposite-of-bitter but boozy beers I’ve ever sipped. Let it coat your tongue to experience the vast spectrum of complex flavors the rarity has to offer!

This nectar of the gods is continuously hopped with copious amount of high-alpha American hops, aged in Sam Adams Utopias barrels for a full twelve months, and then abundantly dry-hopped. Caramel, rum, fig, and cherry notes that tantalize!!

NICE! Apple brandy, fig, sharp caramel, & unmistakable booziness lead, w/ sugar-sweetened dried apricot mid-taste, & sherry, vanilla, generous brown sugar, distinct flash of orange & resin, & splash of deeply red wine sticking the finish.

Mind blowing version of DF’s 120 minute IPA. Sweet, but balanced and very complex flavors.

Unbelievably delicious! Reminds me of a barleywine not an ipa, barrel aging really changed this a ton! Cheers 🍻
