Very pleasant oaky sour. Acid and fruit play with the other flavors. Good carbonation.

Delicious, just a touch too tart. Aging process gave it a fairly unique smoothness. Thanks Ryan C. !

Slight sourness, can taste the oak barrel. One of our grabs from the Dogfish head store from vacation.
