This is a tasty farmhouse ale. Has an aroma of funk & hay. Tastes funky with green apples, clear Brett character, tart. Low carbonation quickly dissipates. #farmhousefriday

Fruity aroma. Not as tart as Shadow & Substance, but that is still the primary sensation for me.

Just right level of sour. a little apple sweetness. some wine barrel character. fizzy and pleasant.

Crisp, tart, dry, apple notes. Does not have typical Saison taste, most likely because of this being barrel-aged.
