Cellared for a year, mild piney nose, amber color with waves of darker suspension, thick beige foam, piney hops with a mild sweet, finishes with a sharp bitterness

The malt base sure comes through but this beer is old enough that the hops have faded. Only some marmalade left.

Classic. Interesting side note....when Sam Calagione came up with the idea for continuously hopped beer, he used the "field" from old game called Electric Football. It vibrated to move the "players" along & he used it to vibrate the hops into the brew.
